Pumpkin muffins are everything I love about Fall baking. Moist, delicious and rich flavour with a hint of spice. We’ve got our long pants out and the sweaters are ready – it must be Fall. While I love pumpkin anytime of year, there is something about pumpkin in the Fall that just speaks perfection. If you are making these for school lunches just omit the pecans and you have a nut-free muffin your kids will love as much as you do.

These muffins are perfect paired with a nice big cup of tea. The caramel pecan Topping pairs so nice with the moist pumpkin muffin it tops. I also love that I can make it nut free by just omitting the pecans so the boys can bring it for snack at school.
