I love to give little gifts out at Easter. The kids all smile and enjoy it and I love watching them. Before I had kids I would give LOTS of candy and chocolates. Then when my boys came around I was tired of all the crap and threw out half of it. That is when I decided we would lay off the sweets and give treats that they could keep.
Hasbro lets me give treats without the sweet!
We were at Walmart the other day and noticed a Hasbro box near the cash. Knowing Hasbro and loving the brand we decided to check it out. The boys couldn’t contain themselves and were right in there touching and looking at everything. I may of heard a couple “Mommy can we get theses?” I chuckled and told them no and said maybe the Easter Bunny would bring you one. Then when they walked away with their Dad I picked up a couple items and placed them in the cart being sure to hide them under some of our groceries.
A fun variety for all ages!
Littlest Pet Shop Rainbow edition and the Trolls toys were perfect to tuck into an egg. I can imagine the smile on a child’s face when they open their eggs after their hunt and find a new little friend they can keep.
The Luvimal will be going in my guy’s Easter Basket. He has been asking for a puppy for a while and I am hoping this adorable guy will help him forget, well at least for a day or two. Soft, Furry and super cute these furry friends fit in the palm of your hand. Press on their sweet spot located on their back and they harmonize. Fun right?
For my oldest I will be tucking a Nerf Jolt Blaster and Captain America Action Figure into his basket. I know he will love them as he enjoy super hero’s and playing with his Nerf products. I love that they have included products for older kids. Even though he doesn’t believe in the Easter Bunny my youngest does, so putting together a basket for him is a must.
Lastly let us talk about the egg hunt. We still tuck a couple candies into their plastic eggs but for the most part we try not to. These adorable Play-Doh Eggs are PERFECT! Not only are they already filled and ready to hide, but they are filled with Play-Doh! These are ALWAYS a huge hit in my house.
